How it works

When filling in an application for this service, customer specifies beneficiaries’ details, and transfer templates are created on this basis. The fields with variable data — date of transfer, transfer amount, information to beneficiary — are left blank. Thus, calling your manager you just need to provide the template number and missing information for transfer to be performed.

So, you call your manager and give instructions on transferring a particular amount from your account. The manager performs your identification, fills in the transfer template and passes it for execution.

Each month, customer receives a current account statement provided by the bank and containing information on all transfers performed using Telephone Order service. The customer should check whether information provided in the statement is correct and complete. In case customer does not report any claims regarding the statement received to the bank within 10 days, then it shall be considered that customer confirmed the information sent being correct.
